Beverage Type: Belgian Whea Ale Belgian Pales consume the Belgian brewing scene, and were initially brewed to compete with Pilseners during the WWII time frame. They differ from other regional Pale Ale varieties, by traditionally being less bitter, using aged hops for a delicate hop finish, and boasting sweetish to toasty malt overtones. They should be decanted properly, leaving the yeast in the bottle. This will showcase their brilliant color range from pale straw yellow to amber hues. Most will be crowned with thick, clinging, rocky white heads. Flavors and aromas will vary. Some have natural spice characters from yeast and hops, while others are spiced.

Stegmaier High Dive is traditional Belgian-style wheat ale that boasts a dense pale straw color with a velvety white head. Our brewers masterfully blend the finest extra pale two-row and white malts to bring a crisp taste to the brew. High Dive captures a satisfying sweetness by introducing unique ingredients such as sweet orange peel, curacao bitter orange peel and coriander. Enjoy straight from the bottle or served with a slice of orange, this witbier is a perfect way to dive into summer!

Beverage Type: American Porter Inspired from the now wavering English Porter, the American Porter is the ingenuous creation from that. Thankfully with lots of innovation and originality American brewers have taken this style to a new level. Whether it is highly hopping the brew, using smoked malts, or adding coffee or chocolate to compliment the burnt flavor associated with this style. Some are even barrel aged in Bourbon or whiskey barrels. The hop bitterness range is quite wide but most are balanced. Many are just easy drinking session porters as well

Stegmaier Porter is brewed with a combination of domestic six-row barleys and various roasted malts. This timeless brew is accented with a combination of Tettnang and Cascade hops. Fermented at high temperatures with our in-house ale yeast, the final product releases a roasted aroma with faint hop overtones. The flavor presents a grainy, slightly burnt malt background. It delivers tones of dark chocolate, accented with a slight coffee bitterness to round out the flavor. Stegmaier Porter is opaque brown in color and boasts a full, creamy head.

Beverage Type: Pumpkin Ale Often released as a fall seasonal, Pumpkin Ales are quite varied. Some brewers opt to add hand-cut pumpkins and drop them in the mash, while others use puree or pumpkin flavoring. These beers also tend to be spiced with pumpkin pie spices, like: ground ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, and allspice. Pumpkin Ales are typically mild, with little to no bitterness, a malty backbone, with some spice often taking the lead. Many will contain a starchy, slightly thick-ish, mouthfeel too.

A full-bodied ale with hints of pumpkin pie, brown sugar and spices. We brew this ale with real pumpkin and spices and allow it to slowly age to bring out the full aromas and tastes. Itís a wonderful way to savor fallís best flavors.
